In my position
as Regional Minister for the Christian Church in Kansas
(Disciples of Christ), I needed liturgical stoles in keeping
with the office I represented. I wanted them to be unique
as well as beautiful. Concha Designs, Conchita Reyes,
designed and created the perfect stoles for the variety
of occasions at which I officiated. One in particular
that I appreciated was a stole incorporating elements
of the landscape of Kansas - native flowers, animals,
the landscape of the state in general. I received compliments
on this stole every time I wore it.
Conchita also
designed a robe for me, keeping in mind my body size and
shape thereby helping me escape the shapeless black robe
that is a one size fits all! Beauty, quality, and artistry
combined are what you wear with a Concha Design. It honors
the church you represent.
